when “fish” refers to many of one species of aquatic creature
“fishes”
refers to many of multiple
species of the aquatic
creatures and “fish” also refers to a
single aquatic creature
man
thats just the worst
my personal favorite
however
is “fishies”
which refers
to any quantity
of aquatic creatures
