Well, I'll tell you. It was November 9th (obviously) and I saw something I'll never forget. It wasn't something terribly horrible that happened, but it was still weird enough for me to be blogging about. So, here's what happened.
I was walking my dog one day and I saw a limping deer. I know what you are thinking, seeing a limping deer isn't weird. But listen a little more. I felt really bad for the deer, but I wondered what happened. Before I could finish thinking about what happened, my dog started barking and tugging on the leash to go get the deer. Then, I heard some rustling in the bushes.
I didn't think anything of it until I heard something that sounded like a growl. I looked closer and closer into the bushes and I saw the thing that hurt the deer. It was a mountain lion. I was freaking out because obviously my dog and I could get killed by this creature. My neighbor told me that if there is a mountain lion and it hasn't noticed you yet, slowly walk away and just talk about random stuff whether you are by yourself or with someone like your dog. So, that's what I did. I walked away and started talking to myself. But when I looked behind me, the mountain lion was only coming closer and closer and then...(CHOMP!)
By the way, I'm not dead. It just bit off my arm. I'm still here to write the end of my story. In the end, I ended up getting stitches and I haven't seen the mountain lion since.

Is this true or just fiction, because no one in our class has an arm missing or stitches.
